Breathwork

Breathwork is a healing modality that uses a simple, controlled breath pattern to bypass your mind and get you into your heart. It’s a beautiful way to lead yourself through an emotional release, a pathway to  insight, a liberation of patterns, and a journey of self-love and forgiveness. It is a powerful way to get connected to your body and move stuck energy by allowing access to the subconscious mind. You will come out on the other side with a unique perspective and understanding of yourself.

 

Transformational Breathwork Sessions

The type of breathwork for both individual and group sessions is a two part breath, using an open mouth, inhaling twice and then exhaling. 

We meet virtually, using Zoom, and you can get comfortable in your own quiet space, free of distractions. Individual sessions are 1 hour and 10 minutes.

  • 15 minutes to identify intentions and what needs healing

  • 30 minutes of breathwork while lying down - with music and guided support 

  • 10 minutes to integrate the experience and rest

  • 15 minutes for follow-up discussion
