Transformational Breathwork Sessions
The type of breathwork for both individual and group sessions is a two part breath, using an open mouth, inhaling twice and then exhaling.
We meet virtually, using Zoom, and you can get comfortable in your own quiet space, free of distractions. Individual sessions are 1 hour and 10 minutes.
15 minutes to identify intentions and what needs healing
30 minutes of breathwork while lying down - with music and guided support
10 minutes to integrate the experience and rest
15 minutes for follow-up discussion
